The latest filing states the doubt was alleviated.
“Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on our ability to further implement our business plan. The accompanying financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the ordinary course of business. The financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts or the amounts and classification of liabilities that might result from the outcome of the uncertainties described above. We believe that our cash on hand, anticipated cash flows from operations, and financing available to us pursuant to the Equity Line and ATM Facility (subject to meeting the conditions of those financing arrangements) will be sufficient to address any going concern uncertainties and will be sufficient to meet our liquidity and capital resource requirements to ensure that we are able to meet our obligations and continue operations for at least 12 months from the date of this Report.”View the 10-Q filed Jul 17, 2026
Total shares sold short and not yet covered, reported to FINRA by broker-dealers twice a month. Each reading settles on the 15th and the last business day of the month and is published seven business days later — the next scheduled dates are listed at the top of the table. Days to cover divides the short position by average daily volume; a high value (above 5) can signal short-squeeze potential.
Peer-relative percentile rank across all stocks reporting short interest at the latest settlement date (2026-07-15). Weighted mean of the available factors (short interest 30%, days to cover 20%, price vs VWAP 15%, short-volume trend 15%, short-interest change 10%, fails-to-deliver 10%) plus catalyst boosts (price spike, volume surge, earnings within days), capped at +20 and clamped to 100.
