“As of the date of this Form 10-Q, we believe that our existing cash resources are not sufficient to support planned operations for at least the next year from the issuance of the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this Form 10-Q. As a result, we have concluded that there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this Form 10-Q are issued.”
