Represents an award of performance units representing a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock of the Issuer per performance unit. The performance units were granted under the LTIP on June 23, 2027 and vest upon the achievement of certain stock price milestones set forth in the Performance Unit Award Agreement between the Issuer and Mr. Patton.
