Crews and Lourdes Melgar both members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), have notified the Company that they will be stepping down from the Board, effective as of the conclusion of the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is currently scheduled for 1 May 2026.
