CPKC reports first quarter results, demonstrating resilient performance
Canadian Pacific Kansas City (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) (CPKC) today announced its first-quarter results, including revenues of $3.7 billion, diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.94 and core adjusted diluted EPS 1 of $1.04. Canadian Pacific Kansas City (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) (CPKC) today announced the results of the 2026 annual meeting held earlier today, including the election of all 14 nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 10, 2026, as directors of CPKC. All directors received at least 95.84 percent of votes cast. Isabelle Courville, upon her re-election as a director, was re-appointed Chair of CPKC's Board of Directors. Gordon Trafton, upon his re-election as a director, was re-appointed Vice-Chair of CPKC's Board of Directors. CPKC increases dividend by 17.5 percent
The Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) (CPKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.268 per share on the outstanding Common Shares, an increase of 17.5 percent to the previous dividend of $0.228 per share. CPKC reaches tentative long-term hourly collective agreements with SMART‑TD and BLET

CPKC announces US $1.2 billion debt offering
Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) ("CPKC") announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, is issuing US $600 million of 4.000% Notes due 2029 and US $600 million of 5.500% Notes due 2056, which will be guaranteed by CPKC. The offering is expected to close on March 6, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The net proceeds from the offering will be used primarily for the refinancing of outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
