Company Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 87 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on May 8, 2026 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 9, 2026. Additionally, the company announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place on June 16, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
