After considering the plans described above, we have concluded that substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern has not been alleviated because our plans are dependent on events and conditions that are not within our control, including our ability to raise additional capital on acceptable terms and in amounts sufficient to fund our operating and capital needs.”
