“I know you're staying on through first quarter, so there's no imminent issues or anything like that. And I think there are some naysayers out there when you first took the job as CFO, and I think you've proven the naysayers wrong.”

“She said you've added bankers, but deposit costs are 50 to a hundred basis points more. So it seems like some cross currents there. So my long shot question is, it seems like your return on assets firm-wide, It's 1.4%.”

“You said you want to become a top performing bank. So for investors five years from now, what does that mean? And what message are you sending to employees about how you'd like to see them change the way they do business each day?”

“I guess this follows on that last comment about, you know, the expense guy being a little bit higher. Now, how much are you spending on AI? What sort of benefits are you getting from that?”

“So you increased your guide for operating leverage this year by 100 basis points. And I think you said one reason related to AI. And that's a little surprising because it's hard for banks to actually quantify benefits and banks usually talk about AI benefits in more general terms and productivity and stuff like that.”
